Corrections Policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it everywhere it appears — not only on the page where someone spotted it.

What to report

• Incorrect dimensions, weight, or model names
• Outdated lineup or availability statements
• Broken or misleading outbound commercial links
• Unsupported claims about software support, prices, or test results
• Broken tools or pages that hide key information

How to submit a correction

Email [email protected] with:

1. The page URL
2. What we published
3. What you believe is correct
4. A primary source link (Apple spec page, retailer terms, etc.)

How we handle reports

1. Triage within five business days. Specification errors on high-traffic pages are prioritized.
2. Verify against a primary source. We do not change numbers based on forum posts alone.
3. Fix the source specification when needed. Dimension fixes then roll out to charts, tools, and affected guides.
4. Annotate material changes. Flagship guides note the review date when facts change.

What we will not do

• Revert to known false information because traffic changed
• Publish speculative software-support end dates without Apple documentation
• Hide a correction silently when it affects a buying recommendation

Recent material corrections

• September 13, 2026: iPhone 16e height confirmed at 146.7 mm (not 138.8 mm) across tools and guides; size tools now describe comparisons as proportional, not life-size on screen.
• September 13, 2026: Smallest-iPhone guide updated for iPhone 17e in Apple’s current lineup; removed unsupported iOS end-date estimates.
