None of that affects speed or reliability, but it does mean the display is noticeably dimmer and less vivid than newer iPhones, and the battery life is among the shortest of any current model. If you're upgrading from an iPhone 8 or older SE, the improvement in chip speed is significant. If you're coming from an iPhone 12 or later, the screen and battery are a step down.
